Azeem Khambiye CA

Director

Azeem has over 10 years’ experience providing business and taxation advice to a wide range of clients. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Alliance Business Solutions (ABS) based in Homebush.

Prior to ABS, Azeem held various senior roles in mid-tier accounting firms including Deloitte Australia. His background includes extensive experience advising high net worth individuals on remuneration packages, tax strategies, investment structuring, as well as estate and retirement planning.

Azeem has the confidence needed to aid businesses with driving financial controls, managing risk and providing risk-managed advice. He has had broad cross-industry exposure, having worked with SMEs through to Tier-1 Multinational organizations and demonstrating the strength in character needed to support Directors, CFO’s and Senior FC’s alike. He has a proactive approach to servicing his clients, ensuring he gains a thorough understanding of each client’s needs, and delivers tailored advice and solutions to meet those needs

His qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Business and Accounting (Accounting)
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounting Australia (ICAA)
  • Registered Tax Agent

 

Shakil Shaikh – Associate CPA

With experience spanning organisations including Converga, Department of Justice, and BSI International

He possesses a diverse range of qualifications including a Diploma in Shares and Investment – Wealth within (in Progress), an Advanced Diploma In Accounting (High Distinction), MYOB Training, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics

He specialises in Corporation Law and Taxation Law as well as re-engineering processes for optimal efficiency.

 

Naazim Akbur

Accountant

Naazim joined the team in February 2014, coming from an entrepreneurial background, establishing his own business at the busy Sydney airport in 2010, enabling a unique understanding of the challenges small business owners face.

Prior to that he worked in a diverse range of firms including manufacturers and Accountants offering audit and tax services to SME’s, with approximately nine years’ exposure to an accounting environment.

 

Sundoss Badreddine

Accountant – Associate CPA

Sundoss is an Associate CPA member and has been a part of the Alliance team since September 2013.

His background includes many years as Accountant for an appliance retailer and several years within a firm of Accountants.

 

Abdi S.Ibrahim

Abdi is a Business Associate with ABS and he has over 18 years’ experience in Business, Finance and Taxation. He has worked for small and large organizations in different states in Australia. His background gives him a great eye for interpreting figures into practical implications for his day to day work which has enabled him to be successful in his highly demanding role.
